Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Participatein end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Controlling implementations includingscope definition, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct requirementgathering workshops with business stakeholders and documentTO-BE processes.
• Configureand support key CO modules including:
  • CostCenter Accounting
  • InternalOrders
  • ProfitCenter Accounting
  • ProductCosting
  • ProfitabilityAnalysis (CO-PA)
• Collaboratewith FI, MM, PP, and SD teams for cross-moduleintegration.
• Prepare FunctionalSpecifications, Unit Test Cases, and support SIT/UAT phases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to7years of experience in SAP Controlling with at least 2full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strongunderstanding of Controlling structures, cost flows,and reporting requirements.
• Experiencewith Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and Fiori apps forCO.
• Exposureto SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for financial planning andanalysis is a plus.
• Familiaritywith RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP deploymentmodels.
• Abilityto work in agile project environments and managedeliverables independently.
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAPS/4HANA CO Certification.
• Experiencein Life Sciences, Consumer Products,or Manufacturing industries.
• Knowledgeof SAP BTP and integration with third-party planningtools.

Educational Background

• Bachelorsor Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or relatedfield.
