Job summary

A global ERP partner in Mexico seeks an experienced SAP Business One Support Consultant to assist customers with optimizing their application use. This role requires excellent knowledge of SAP Business One and related tools. You will troubleshoot issues, conduct training, and present new features. Fluent English and Spanish communication skills are mandatory. The position offers a collaborative environment and focuses on professional growth and recognition for performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of core SAP Business One modules and AddOns.
• Wide experience in SAP Business One support and implementation.
• Experience in IT consulting and manufacturing is an advantage.

About the role

We're looking fora SAP Business One Support Consultant in Mexico who will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and application requirements, proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and explore effective solutions. You will also conduct training sessions, provide practical workarounds, and showcase new features or modules to help customers optimize their application usage and achieve greater value from the product.

In this role you will get to:

• Understanding customer requirements and business objectives.

• Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules to enhance customers’ application usage.

Experience:

• Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core AddOns
• Wide experience in SAP Business One support and implementation
• Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports
• Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades
• IT consulting background
• Manufacturing background - Advantage

Technical Skills:

• SAP B1
