Work Schedule:Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

• Leadthe SAP BASIS team in managing the technical landscape forSAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Oversee systeminstallations, upgrades, migrations, and patchmanagement across SAP environments.
• Manage SAPenvironments across development, quality, pre-production, andproduction systems.
• Defineand implement environment strategy, including refreshcycles, transport management, and cutover planning.
• Collaboratewith infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure systemavailability, performance, and compliance.
• Support RISEwith SAP, GROW with SAP, and SAP BTP deployments andintegrations.
• Monitorand optimize system performance, job scheduling,and interface stability.
• Ensureadherence to change management, incident management,and release management processes.
• Providetechnical leadership during go-lives, disaster recoverydrills, and system audits.
• Mentorjunior BASIS consultants and contribute to technical knowledgesharing and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
