Project Implementation

• Design, build, and configure SAP applications aligned with business process and application requirements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure system stability and resolve technical issues
• Stay current with advancements in SAP BASIS and SAP HANA Technical Architecture, applying innovations to improve performance and reliability

Managed Services

• Incident Management: Resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
• Problem Management: Analyze recurring or critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions
• Change Management: Plan and execute standard maintenance changes
• Handle standard service requests, adhoc requests, and short-term customer driven initiatives
• Provide 24x7 or 24x5 support based on customer requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
