Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP landscapes. The role demands 10-15 years in SAP Basis/Technical Architecture, with strong focus on HANA administration and upgrades, HA/DR, and cross-team coordination.

You will guide a team of Basis consultants, manage system installations and performance tuning, and work closely with customers. Hybrid work in Parañaque is expected; candidates should avoid frequent job hopping.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of SAP Basis/Technical Architecture experience.
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP landscapes across ECC, BW, SCM and BTP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA administration, upgrades/patching.
• Experience with HA/DR solutions and system installations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Linux and Windows OS familiarity for SAP landscape management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring of Basis consultants.
• Hybrid work setup in Parañaque; not a job hopper.

Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP landscapes.

• 10-15 years of SAP Basis/Technical Architecture experience.
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP landscapes across ECC, BW, SCM and BTP.
• Have good understanding on BTP administration and account management.
• Managed and deliver high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
• Manage, plan and execute system installations, upgrades, patching and performance tuning.
• Be a strong team player and coordinate with customer and other teams on a day-to-day basis.
• Have strong experience in HANA DB performance tuning, troubleshooting, optimization and management.
• Drive initiatives in landscape optimization and take ownership of driving changes in the environment.
• Guide and support a team of Basis consultants to high performance standards through effective leadership and mentoring.
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA administration, and SAP upgrades/patching.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Cloud Architectures (IaaS/PaaS) along with other cloud-based technologies.
• Good understanding of Linux and Windows OS to the point of managing the SAP application landscape and working closely with the cloud team on SAP specific OS and infrastructure details.
• Solid background in performance tuning, backup/recovery, and system refreshes.
• Should be amenable to work hybrid in Parañaque.
• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company.
• With available TOR and Diploma.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis/Technical Architecture.
• Experience in leading the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP landscapes.
