Job summary

BSA Solutions Outsourcing Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator to manage and optimize the SAP landscape. Onsite role with night shift 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, supporting migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning.

You will work with analysts, developers, and external partners to ensure stability, scalability, and security of SAP environments, including SSO, IDM, SAP GRC, and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or CS.
• 1–3 years in an IT operations role; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Prior SAP Basis and SAP Solution Manager experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows-based SAP administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP environment, perform maintenance, upgrades, and migrations.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, and external partners to ensure proper SAP operation.
• Perform SAP system copies, backups, patching with SPAM/SAINT.
• Monitor SAP performance, tune configurations and manage jobs for uptime.
• Lead SAP upgrade projects and coordinate with contractors.
