Gratitude Philippines is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator with 2+ years of experience to join our hybrid Cebu City team. You will manage SAP Basis, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and tune performance to ensure high reliability.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will configure SAP environments, apply SAP best practices, and maintain documentation. This role requires shifting schedules, a Cebu City hybrid setup, and the legal right to work in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of SAP environments and application administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules.
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Cebu City.
• Must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
