Job summary

Woodgrain in Cebu City is seeking an experienced SAP administrator to join our office-based night-shift team. You will support complex SAP deployments, including SSO, IDM, and cloud migrations, and work on upgrade projects.

Ideal candidates have multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, strong communication skills in English, and a technical IT background. Relocation assistance is available for those outside Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area; equivalent training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to complex business problems requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Set strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
• Implement, optimize, migrate SAP systems from on-premise to cloud. Perform maintenance.
• Design SAP Single Sign On (SSO 3.0) and configure SSO in different scenarios.
• Configure Identity Management (IDM).
• Perform SAP Router Administration.
• Install, update, upgrade, and tune parameters in BOBJ Server.
• Administration of SAP including Kernel updates, license management, and RFC connections.
• Archiving technical configuration; apply patches and plugins using SPAM and SAINT.
• Troubleshoot SAP (ABAP dumps, performance tuning).
• Design and implement SAP disaster recovery strategies.
• Prepare client-specific documentation for maintenance and configuration.
• Lead and own SAP upgrade projects.

Location: FLB Corporate Center - Archbishop Reyes Ave, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City, Cebu 6000

Work Arrangement: Office Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am (Philippine Time)

(Relocation Assistance will be offered to those outside Cebu)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibilty where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Set strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
• Implement, optimize, migrate SAP systems from on-premise to cloud. Perform maintenance.
• Design SAP Single Sign On (SSO 3.0) and configured the Single Sign On (SSO) in different scenarios.
• Configure Identity Management (IDM)
• Perform SAP Router Administration
• Install, update, upgrade, and tune parameter in BOBJ Server
• Administration of technical SAP to include updating/upgrading Kernel, license administration, configured RFC connection.
• Archiving technical configuration
• Applying patches and plug-ins using SPAM and SAINT
• Troubleshooting SAP (ABAP dump analysis, performance tuning)
• Design and implement SAP disaster recovery strategies
• Prepare comprehensive client-specific documentation regarding system maintenance, installation, and configuration
• Recommend, lead, and own the SAP upgrade projects.

Requirements:

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical area such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business. Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Have assisted in 3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Technical individual with a background in IT.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
• Strong understanding of leading SAP upgrade projects.
