In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include:

Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP Datasphere solutions for simplicity, scalability, and maintainability, including enterprise data models, governed data layers, SAP S/4HANA CDS Views, and Finance analytics.
Team Delivery Leadership: Lead and collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and SAP experts to deliver high-quality data and reporting solutions while supporting data integration, testing, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Drive strategy development and solution implementation by translating business requirements into SAP Datasphere data models, ensuring data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy, while leveraging SAP expertise to support enterprise analytics, documentation, and integrated reporting solutions.

Required technical and professional expertise

Professional Expertise with SAP Designing: Hands-on SAP Data Modeling experience in SAP Datasphere which includes SAP Datasphere Spaces, Semantic Models, Reusable Data Products & Governed Data Layers with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect. Extensive experience utilizing, developing, and extending SAP CDS Views with a focus on performance optimization
SAP functional knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance,including: Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Cost Center Accounting, Cost Elements, Internal Orders, Budgeting and Planning, Cost Drivers,Financial reporting structures.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments & with Artificial Intelligence models and their use in SAP implementation.

Preferred technical and professional experience

SAP Certifications: SAP certification in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics, SAP HANA, or SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
SAP Technical skill:Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration and analytical model development and experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW Bridge, or legacy SAP BW environments.
Familiarity with SAP HANA & SAP BTP: Knowledge of SAP HANA native modeling, SQL, and performance tuning. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and SAP Integration Suite.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams.
