Job summary

Strada is seeking an Application Management Supervisor to lead a team providing support and maintenance for EWS, UMT, and data migration accounts. You will manage workloads, coach staff, ensure SLA adherence, and drive process improvements across Strada-IP. Strong ABAP, SAP, and HCM familiarity are required.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of ABAP experience, a IT/CS degree, and proven leadership. This role requires collaboration across locations and a focus on delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of ABAP experience.
• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science, or similar degree.
• Preferably with HCM experience.
• Strong leadership experience.
• S4/HANA experience/certification an advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of HR applications and SAP interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team handling support and maintenance for EWS, UMT, and data migration accounts.
• Manage workload distribution and shift schedules.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure incidents and issues are resolved within SLAs.
• Drive cross-tower communications and process clarity.
• Recruit and develop talent; participate in succession planning.
