Job summary

Strada is seeking an Application Management Supervisor in the Philippines to lead a technically skilled team responsible for EWS, UMT, and data migration accounts. You will drive workload, coach staff, and ensure incidents are resolved within SLAs, while aligning with Strada’s strategy and values.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of ABAP experience, S/4HANA exposure, and strong leadership capabilities, with a background in HR applications and processes across multinational environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ABAP experience required.
• Degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• HCM experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• S/4HANA knowledge or certification an advantage.
• Proficient ABAP OO, debugging, workflows, and SAP interfaces.
• Knowledge of HR applications and services.
• Experience with cross-location teams and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering support and maintenance for EWS, UMT, and data migration accounts.
• Manage workload distribution and shift schedules.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure timely incident resolution per SLAs.
• Align team with company objectives and values.
• Drive succession planning and career development.
• Participate in recruitment and retention strategies.
• Develop Strada-IP department and cross-tower communications.
