Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking an AP Specialist to join the RISE Transformation project in the Philippines. The role will handle end-to-end AP processing, invoice management, reconciliation, issue resolution, and reporting with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 3–4 years of AP experience, including SAP. Oracle is a plus; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 3–4+ years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience (invoice posting, issue resolution, reconciliation, payments).
• Hands-on AP reconciliation experience (AP Open Items, GRIR, Debit Balance, Direct Debit, accruals).
• Experience using SAP for Accounts Payable or related ERP processes is required.
• Oracle experience is an advantage and a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor open invoices to ensure timely processing and resolution.
• Perform end-to-end AP processes including invoice posting, validation, reconciliation, and payments.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Reconcile AP Open Items, GRIR, Debit Balance, Direct Debit, accruals, and related AP accounts.
• Prepare AP reports and reconciliation results.
• Investigate aging AP items and resolve outstanding issues.
• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts about invoice and payment concerns.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with AP processes and accounting policies.
