Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions client, a leading global engineering, mining, and industrial services company, seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Developer in Pasig, Philippines. The role covers development, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

You will design, implement, and optimize SAP ABAP and Fiori/UI5-based applications, deliver custom reports and interfaces, and integrate SAP with external systems via BTP and APIs, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with BTP, Build Process Automation, or Workflow Management.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (OData, REST, SOAP).
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations or transformations.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP solutions using ABAP and Fiori/UI5.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join their enterprise technology team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP solutions using SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori/UI5
• Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and programs to support business requirements
• Build and maintain SAP Fiori applications that enhance user experience and operational efficiency
• Develop integrations between SAP and third-party systems using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects across SAP S/4HANA environments

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer in enterprise SAP environments
