Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is hiring an SAP ABAP on HANA Developer to analyze, design, develop, and deploy SAP solutions supporting transformation initiatives for global clients. You will work with ABAP OO, S/4HANA, and HANA CDS/AMDP in agile teams, delivering scalable, high-performance applications while embracing innovation and continuous learning.

This role starts as early as October 2026 with a joining bonus up to ₱80,000 and offers day 1 HMO, training opportunities, and a global project

Qualifications

• 2+ years SAP ABAP development experience.
• 6 months+ hands-on SoH, S/4HANA, or SAP upgrade experience.
• Experience with RICEFW development.
• CDS Views, AMDP, SAP HANA or S/4HANA development experience.
• Strong ABAP OO knowledge and NetWeaver 7.5 features.
• Familiarity with SAP development standards and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and passionate about innovation, quality, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP solutions using ABAP and ABAP OO.
• Design and enhance applications within S/4HANA and SAP HANA environments.
• Extend data models using CDS Views, AMDP, and other HANA-native capabilities.
• Develop and support SAP NetWeaver Gateway OData services.
• Modernize and optimize RICEFW objects while supporting Clean Core initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver innovative and high-quality SAP solutions.
• Explore and implement new features using modern SAP technologies and frameworks.
