PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an AES SAP ABAP Manager to lead SAP product installations, configurations, and ABAP development for diverse client projects. You will guide teams across advisory, assurance, tax and business services, ensuring delivery excellence and transformational impact.

You will coach and develop team members, manage client expectations, and promote continuous improvement while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Managing SAP ABAP development projects to optimize operational efficiency for clients
• Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that align with strategic objectives
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
• Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution of business transformation initiatives
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance insights generation and process improvement
• Developing scalable solutions for SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver environments
• Promoting service excellence and embracing change within application evolution services
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
• Upholding PwC code of conduct and independence requirements
