Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a SAP ABAP Manager to lead the SAP Technology practice within Finance Technology. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and oversee installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products.

As a Manager, you will mentor teams, manage performance, and drive delivery quality across cross‑functional client engagements, leveraging SAP Fiori, HANA, and NetWeaver to enable business transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-based projects, confirming timely delivery
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance SAP functionalities
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables
• Encouraging team development through coaching and feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
• Promoting the use of innovative SAP technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver
• Validating data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within client operations
