About the role

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Sanitation Crew member to join BestOption Management Consultants Inc. This is a full-time position based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. As a Sanitation Crew member, you will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe and hygienic environments across our clients' facilities. Your work will directly contribute to the health, safety and satisfaction of the people who use these spaces, making this an essential position within our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting of assigned areas
• Empty and replace waste bins and dispose of refuse in accordance with environmental and health regulations
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers and other fixtures
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify supervisors when supplies or equipment require replenishment or repair
• Follow established cleaning schedules and ensure all designated areas are cleaned to required standards
• Use cleaning chemicals and disinfectants safely and responsibly, following all safety protocols
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards or damage observed during cleaning operations
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate courteous behaviour towards colleagues and facility users
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum educational requirement
• Proven experience working in a cleaning or sanitation role, preferably within commercial or institutional settings
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
