Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sanitation, environmental health, or safety compliance experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to inspect, monitor compliance and support sanitation program improvements.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and collaborating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor sanitation programs ensuring compliance with policies, protocols, cleaning schedules, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise cleaning and disinfection operations and coordinate with teams and vendors to address sanitation concerns and enforce corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments while maintaining documentation and preparing reports and recommendations on sanitation compliance.
• Coordinate with service providers and support training initiatives on sanitation, hygiene, and safety practices, with flexibility to work across locations and during irregular hours when needed.
