Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) seeks a Sanctions Capacity & Performance Manager in Manila (Makati/Quezon City) for our Financial Crime Threat Management function. You will lead and support global sanctions investigations, ensure alerts are processed efficiently, and drive improvements aligned with SLAs and AML/CTF policies.

As a Sanctions Capacity & Performance Manager within Financial Crime Threat Management, you will be responsible for leading and supporting global sanctions investigations, ensuring alerts and cases are managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with service level agreements and compliance requirements. You will drive operational excellence through stakeholder management, process improvement, performance oversight, and the delivery of initiatives that support business objectives and regulatory obligations.
