Job summary

ANZ is seeking an Audit Manager – Group Capability Centre, Manila, to lead audits and provide independent assurance over governance, risk management and controls. The role collaborates with audit teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes in line with IA standards.

Based in Quezon City / Makati with a hybrid setup, the role supports team development, promotes a speak-up culture, and contributes to ANZ’s 2030 ambition for trusted risk management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in internal audit methodology.
• Solid understanding of GCC operations, processes, controls and dependencies.
• Proven ability to assess conduct, regulatory, fraud, tech and transactions risk.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication of audit insights.
• Ability to support team development and promote a speak-up culture.
• Exposure to remediation, operational, and transformation audits.

What will your day look like?

• Delivering assigned audit with high standard within agreed timeline, delivering independent assurance over the effectiveness of governance, risk management and controls.
