- Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Support, train, and guide salon staff to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Oversee client service standards and handle escalated customer concerns.
- Monitor and maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and product usage monitoring.
- Track sales performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce company policies, operational guidelines, and standard procedures.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management for operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not always required).
- At least 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a salon, spa, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of salon services, beauty industry trends, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office or salon management software.
- Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
