Job Description

• Assist the beautician with various tasks, such as preparing clients for treatments, shampooing and conditioning hair, and applying basic treatments like masks or lotions. This also includes prepping and cleaning the workspace and tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring a tidy and comfortable space for clients. This includes laundry duties for towels and robes.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, offering refreshments, and ensuring their comfort during appointments. This may involve answering basic client questions and assisting with retail product purchases.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Some experience in a salon or customer service setting is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude towards clients. A willingness to learn and assist the beautician.
