• Warm, patient, and professional approach to callers, even when busy.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and return missed calls quickly.
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments with the right stylist and time slot.
• Reply to inquiries by text, email, website chat, and social media.
• Send confirmations and reminders; follow up on no-shows and late cancellations.
• Manage waitlist and fill last-minute openings to keep the schedule full.
• Answer questions about services, pricing, stylists, and policies clearly.
