Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead - Managed Services to join our client’s team in a hybrid setup (2-3x onsite per week) in BGC, Taguig. You will lead Salesforce consulting projects from planning through delivery and guide teams in implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency.

You will analyze client requirements, design tailored Salesforce solutions across Lightning, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM consulting, or enterprise technology implementation.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation, consulting, or managed services engagements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and enterprise integration concepts.
• Experience managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive continuous improvement.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
