A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to implement, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions that improve business processes. You'll combine technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills to deliver exceptional implementation experiences, resolve complex issues, and provide strategic guidance that drives long-term customer success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet customer business requirements using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions following platform best practices.
• Support system enhancements, feature releases, and configuration changes while maintaining platform integrity.
• Assist with testing, deployment validation, and documentation for new functionality.

Customer Success & Technical Consulting

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions and provide technical recommendations that align with customer goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and user adoption.
• Deliver customer demonstrations, knowledge transfer sessions, and administrator training.

Platform Support & Optimization

• Investigate and troubleshoot Salesforce configuration, automation, integration, and user issues.
• Analyze platform performance and recommend improvements to enhance usability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex customer challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer configurations, technical solutions, and implementation decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer implementations and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Promote Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and data quality standards.
• Stay current with new Salesforce features, releases, and AI capabilities to provide innovative recommendations to customers.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance implementation quality and customer satisfaction.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Administration, Implementation, Customer Success, or Technical Support.
• Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Objects, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Permission Sets, and Page Layouts.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, security model, and data management.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Haves

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
• Exposure to Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware, or third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Agentforce, Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, or Einstein AI features.
• Experience working within SaaS, CRM implementation, or enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira or similar project management tools.
