Job summary

Crawford & Company in Iloilo is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, LWCs, and Aura components.

You will implement complex validation rules and automation, handle API integrations (REST/SOAP), platform events, and middleware, and contribute to CI/CD with Git, GitHub, and Salesforce CLI. A solid grasp of Salesforce data and security models is required, with a PD1 preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any computer or engineering field is required.
• 3–5 years Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools.
• Ability to write 75%+ coverage unit tests with proper mocking and assertions.
• Salesforce PD1 certification preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and API Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Development & Customization: design, develop, test, and deploy Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex; build LWCs and Aura components; customize standard Salesforce features.
• Integrations: develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, Platform Events, External Services, Named Credentials; work with middleware tools.
• Deployment & DevOps: use Git, Bitbucket, GitHub; deploy changes via Change Sets, Salesforce CLI; CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset).
