Thunder is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst in the Philippines to design Salesforce-driven solutions for Revenue Management. You’ll analyze requirements, map processes, and drive implementation across CPQ/Agentforce modules while engaging with clients across time zones.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in Salesforce consulting, multiple certifications, and strong communication skills. This remote role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Active Salesforce certifications (3+) with plan to reach 5 within 6 months.
• Experience with CPQ and Agentforce Revenue Management configurations and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and Salesforce capabilities to design solutions.
• Capture customer stories and anticipate business needs.
• Lead testing, prioritization, and delivery of features in Agile projects.
• Maintain client relationships and drive customer value.
• Educate and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices.
