Experience with client-facing project delivery and configuration/implementation.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and Salesforce capabilities to drive solution design.
Capture customer stories and anticipate business needs across projects.
Define and drive testing plans and lead feature delivery in larger programs.
Facilitate sessions with clients and align features to business needs.
Develop and mentor teams, and grow project management skills.
