Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester to design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce functionality. You will create detailed test cases, perform various testing types, and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality software.

Responsibilities include defect reporting, analyzing results, contributing to test automation, and mentoring team members. Strong Salesforce knowledge and Agile experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Designing test cases: Create detailed test cases based on requirements and use cases.
• Executing tests: Execute test cases, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identifying and reporting defects: Document and report any defects found during testing, ensuring clear and actionable details.
