Job summary

At DarioHealth, we seek a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to design, build, and deploy Health Cloud solutions that improve patient outcomes and care delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate clinical requirements into scalable Salesforce designs.

You should have deep Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, plus strong API integration skills and an understanding of healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong Salesforce development experience including Health Cloud customization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities: Apex, Visualforce, LWCs, and APIs.
• Familiarity with HL7, HIPAA or healthcare data standards.
• REST/SOAP API integration and middleware familiarity.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and other teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop custom code, pages, and components to extend Salesforce Health Cloud functionality.
• Create and maintain data models, object relationships, and page layouts within the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in deployment and change management processes across environments.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce Health Cloud releases and apply new features.

As aSalesforceHealth Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementingSalesforceHealth Cloud solutions to meet the needs of our healthcare organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customizedSalesforceHealth Cloud solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other development teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical designs and solutions.
• Develop custom code, pages, and components to extend the functionality ofSalesforceHealth Cloud.
• Create and maintain data models, object relationships, and page layouts within theSalesforceplatform.
• IntegrateSalesforceHealth Cloud with external systems, such as CRM systems, billing systems, and third-party applications.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in the deployment ofSalesforceHealth Cloud solutions to different environments, following best practices and change management processes.
• Collaborate with the QA team to support system testing and resolve defects.Stay up to date withSalesforceHealth Cloud releases and new features, identifying opportunities to leverage them for improved efficiency and enhanced user experience.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience inSalesforcedevelopment, with expertise in building and customizingSalesforceHealth Cloud solutions.
• In-depth knowledge ofSalesforceplatform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, andSalesforceAPIs.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HL7, HIPAA.
• Proficient in integratingSalesforcewith external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.
