Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Salesforce Developer based in Metro Manila to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and integrations. The role emphasizes Service Cloud projects, system reliability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (open to Salesforce Administrator experience with strong Salesforce knowledge)
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Custom Objects and other Salesforce technologies
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including integration and automation
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with Salesforce trends and best practices

What we're looking for

• Preferably 3-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, but open to prior Salesforce Administrator experience with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Customizable Objects and other Salesforce-specific technologies
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including integration, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies
