Job summary

SimCorp Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Salesforce Application Specialist to join our CRM team in Group IT Enterprise Applications.

You will analyze business requirements, implement innovative Salesforce solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. The role involves working on our global Salesforce platform and related cloud apps, with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality configurations.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
Extensive experience in an international and agile environment.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce object model and platform, including Dynamic Forms and Flow-first automation.
Experience with Revenue Cloud/Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations or equivalents.

Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders to analyze objectives and capability requirements.
Design, configure/develop and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform and related apps.
Contribute to architectural designs and application strategies.
Test stability and functionality of the application.
Maintain the platform, troubleshoot and fix bugs.
Produce documentation and handover operations.
