Job summary

KMC Solutions in Metro Manila is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize Salesforce applications for evolving CRM needs.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, development best practices, and strong collaboration across teams. You will implement integrations, participate in code reviews, and stay current with Salesforce releases and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features and limitations.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of coding standards, version control, testing, and CI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; capable of translating requirements into solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
• Must have experience in using JIRA and Atlassian tools.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Field Service Lightning is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Assist in deploying Salesforce solutions, following change control processes.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and standards.
• Develop integrations with third‑party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues; optimize performance and support users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs.
