Job summary

Shadow Office Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build, optimise, integrate, and support Salesforce solutions, automation, deployments, and data quality. This role focuses on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, with API integrations and deployments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, maintain data security, and ensure best practices while supporting releases and environment management. On-site work in Cavite is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Git or other version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II) - highly regarded.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum - preferred.
• Willing to work full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Configure objects, workflows, validations, and automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (APIs, middleware).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Maintain and improve system performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve user issues.
• Ensure data quality, security, and best practice compliance.
• Support releases, deployments, and environment management.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement.
