Job summary

Elgada BPO Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Salesforce Developer to join our development team in Makati. You will build and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud apps, automation, reporting, and integrations that support sales, marketing, and customer operations.

You will use AI coding agents as part of your workflow, from requirements to deployment, while ensuring code quality and correctness. Collaboration with business users and technical teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on Salesforce development experience or equivalent project work.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, lead conversion).
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, DML, bulk processing and governor limits.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, objects, relationships, security and access.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication and secure credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Configure objects, fields, validation rules, custom metadata, and permissions.
• Build and enhance REST API integrations with external services.
• Use AI coding agents to plan, implement, test and generate tests; review outputs before release.
• Write Apex tests and troubleshoot automation failures and integration errors.
