Penbrothers is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform to support client management and daily operations. You will build scalable solutions, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and ensure data integrity, security, and performance.

About the Role

The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforceplatform to support client management and daily business operations. This role involves buildingscalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and ensuring data integrity,security, and performance.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, a solidunderstanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and the ability to collaborate closely withadministrators and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce,Lightning components, and related technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering,solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing Salesforce applications to ensure optimalperformance and reliability.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and web services,including ShareConnect, S-Docs and S-Sign.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, business stakeholders, and other developers to identify and implement system improvements.
• Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce security, development, and governance bestpractices.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides,and release notes.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend enhancements to existingimplementations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrable experience in software development.
• Hold Salesforce certifications, like Platform Developer I or II, or App Builder.
• Experience with S-Docs, S-Sign and ShareConnect platform tools.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development and administration, including Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and related platform features.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development tools.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model (standard/custom objects, relationships, fields).
• Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration tools.
• Experience with low-code automation tools such as Salesforce Flow (Process Builder experience a plus).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for building high-quality, scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work US Eastern Time (ET).
• Some basic programming experience is a plus.
• Have the flexibility to assist and learn other programs and applications that would interact with Salesforce.
