Overview

Salesforce Core Developer Senior Associate at PwC. The role involves consulting services for Salesforce applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce to help clients achieve strategic objectives. The role emphasizes building client relationships, managing ambiguity, and delivering quality in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Accept assignment of user stories for development in the current sprint
• Work closely with the Functional Lead, Developer Lead/Manager, and Technical Architect to understand requirements and the approach for work items
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications
• Assist with each release cycle to deploy new/updated applications and code
• Test the stability and functionality of the application
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs
• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce for business requirements
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Provide recommendations to align solution design with Salesforce and industry best practices
• Execute development/build activities and raise design changes or challenges to the Technical Architect
• Attend Agile/Scrum ceremonies to plan, design, code, and review tasks

About You / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Required skills: Salesforce development, LWC/Aura experience, and at least 2 Salesforce certifications other than Admin; exposure to Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
• 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience with relevant platforms
• Proficient in MySQL, Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, diverse environment
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati City
