Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring stability, releases, and performance. You will collaborate with multiple teams to translate business needs into technical solutions using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms.

The role requires deep proficiency in Salesforce Conga CLM and strong experience with application configuration, support processes, and project management methodologies.

About the role

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems.

About you

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CLM
