Job summary

VOSquared LLC is seeking a Salesforce Communications Cloud & MuleSoft Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design for a major telecom transformation in Manila. You will guide a development team and work across Salesforce and MuleSoft to deliver integrated solutions for orders, billing, service activation, and customer care.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of overall experience, including at least 4 years as a Solution Architect.
• Experience designing solutions for large enterprise or telecom projects.
• Strong knowledge of telecom processes, including order-to-activation, billing, provisioning, customer care, product catalogs, pricing, promotions and service fulfilment.
• Hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (CMT) and Vlocity/OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards and Calculation Procedures/Matrices.
• Knowledge of the Communications Cloud data model, industry-specific objects, configuration, Salesforce security, sharing rules and platform limits.
• Architecture-level experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including hands-on experience deploying and administering on-premises Mule runtime.
• Strong knowledge of CloudHub 2.0 deployment, scaling, monitoring and migration from CloudHub 1.0 or on-premises environments.
• Familiarity with API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs), RAML or OpenAPI design and integration security.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
• To work on-site in Manila.
• An advantage if you also have: Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience in telecom; Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio, Communications Cloud, Application Architect, or System Architect certification; MuleSoft Platform Architect or Integration Architect certification; experience with telecom BSS platforms such as Amdocs; or Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud experience in telecom.

Salesforce Communications Cloud & MuleSoft Solution Architect | Telecom Project

Ready to lead the technical design of a large telecom transformation? This is an opportunity to shape solutions from end to end, guide a development team and work across both Salesforce and MuleSoft.

Location: On-site in Manila, Philippines

Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Philippine time. Occasional extended hours may be needed.
