Job summary

Aggreko in Manila invites applications for a SalesForce Business Systems and Process Analyst to support and improve core business systems across the Asia region. You will act as the Salesforce CRM subject matter expert, drive data quality, and lead system enhancements.

You will train users, develop guides and training programs, plan UAT, and deliver reporting and analytics to support business decisions. This role requires 5 days on-site in Manila and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce with full configuration and customization skills.
• First point of contact for Salesforce queries and problem solving.
• Experience rolling out Salesforce updates and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Experience developing Salesforce user guides and training materials.
• Knowledge of formal training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Be able to work 5 days per week in our Manila office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for all business systems enquiries, providing expert guidance and support across the region.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical and system-related issues.
• Maintain system governance, including data integrity, quality control, user access management and compliance with company standards.
• Provide onboarding and training for new users, with configuration and customization.
• Plan, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce and other business applications.
• Design, develop and deliver business systems and software training programs to improve user adoption and proficiency.
• Identify training needs and opportunities arising from business projects, system enhancements and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, knowledge articles and support documentation.
• Develop meaningful reports, insights, and performance metrics; create ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Provide first and second-line helpdesk support for business system users; escalate to ATS as needed.
• Travel within Asia may be required.

Bring your energy to Aggreko as SalesForce Business Systems and Process Analyst based in Manila. You’ll provide support and driving continuous improvement across Aggreko’s core business systems. Acting as the primary subject matter expert for Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and related applications, you will support system users, maintain data quality, identify process improvements, and lead system enhancement initiatives. You will also partner closely with business stakeholders and ATS to deliver effective system solutions, training, reporting, and project implementation across the Asia region.

What you’ll do as Business Systems and Process Analyst:

• Serve as the central point of contact for all business systems enquiries, providing expert guidance and support across the region

• Provision and onboard new users, delivering system training, configuration and customization

• Plan, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce and other business applications

• Design, develop and deliver business systems and software training programs to improve user adoption and proficiency

• Identify training needs and opportunities arising from business projects, system enhancements and process improvements

• Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides, training materials, knowledge articles and support documentation to promote efficient system adoption

• Develop meaningful reports, insights, and performance metrics that support business decision-making

• Create and maintain ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics tailored to specific business functions and stakeholder requirements.

• Provide first and second-line helpdesk support for business system users, escalating complex issues to ATS where appropriate

• Travel within Asia may be required in support of business and project objectives.

You are / have:

• A Subject Matter Expert on SalesForce, with strong experience as a systems superuser able to fully configure and customize the software

• Ability to act as a first point of contact for SalesForce queries and problem solving

• Experienced with rolling out SalesForce updates, enhancements and conducting user acceptance testing

• Experienced in developing SalesForce user guides, training materials and training programs

• Knowledge of formal training methodologies

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to work with a range of stakeholders

• Be able to work 5 days per week in our Manila office
