Henkel is seeking a Tax Specialist (Sales & Use Tax) to support North America tax operations from a hybrid office in Makati. You will manage exemption certificates, prepare compliance reports, and assist with audits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and up to 1 year of related experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams. Hybrid work setup in Ayala Ave, Makati awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in tax, finance operations, compliance, or a related area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support North America tax operations by managing exemption certificates and preparing compliance reports.
• Collect, review, and issue customer and vendor exemption certificates.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly tax reports on time.
• Maintain exemption certificate records and tax databases.
• Support state tax audits and respond to assessments.
