BSB Junrose is seeking a Sales Associate to drive annual targets and expand market coverage in Davao City, Philippines. You will perform customer background checks, monitor credit compliance, and strengthen market intelligence while maintaining excellent product knowledge.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You may be trained at the Santa Cruz Head Office with travel and accommodation covered; fieldwork will be required in Davao City and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business/engineering or technical course.
• Work-related experience or interest in Sales.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
• Must be customer-oriented, and have selling knowledge, negotiations, and presentation skills.
• Willing to be trained in Santa Cruz, Manila Head Office (with travel expenses covered).
• Willing to do fieldwork in Davao City and nearby areas.

Responsabilités

• Meet established annual sales target
• Monitor and ensure that customers comply with the policy on credit and collection.
• Conduct background investigations of new accounts and prospective customers
• Ensure and consistently monitor that current customers are in good standing and report to the unit head any critical information linking to doubtful lifestyle practices and financial standing
• Ensure compliance with the submission required
• Consistently updates the Customer Background Form
• Strengthens market intelligence
• Gather critical information on the activity
• Acquire and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
