Job summary

Silicon Valley Computer Group Phils Inc. is hiring a Sales Technician to blend technical know-how with customer service and help customers maximize device use.

You will demonstrate features, troubleshoot basics, and support the sales team in meeting store targets at SV BATAAN in Balanga City, Bataan.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior High School graduate or higher.
• NC II Certification in Computer Systems Servicing, Electronics, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Tech-savvy with interest in gadgets and electronics.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Retail or technical service experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills are helpful.
• Knowledgeable about gadgets, laptops, mobiles, and accessories.
