Job summary

Everise is seeking a Manager - Sales Technology & CRM Administrator to own and optimize our sales tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure our technology supports the end-to-end sales lifecycle and drives adoption.

The role requires strong CRM administration, data governance, workflow automation, reporting and dashboard development, plus systems

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in CRM Administration, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Technology.
• Strong hands-on administration experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with HubSpot and sales intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Platform Administration: manage Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn licenses, roles, fields and configurations.
• Salesforce & HubSpot Optimization: lead routing, qualification workflows and automation to improve productivity.
• Workflow & Process Automation: design automated workflows for lead, account and opportunity processes.
• Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics: build executive dashboards and KPI definitions across platforms.
• Sales Intelligence & Prospecting Platforms: administer ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator integrations.
• Data Management & Governance: enforce data quality, naming conventions and governance standards.
• Systems Integration: monitor integrations across ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce and Navigator.
• User Support & Enablement: create guides and train teams on the tech stack.
