Everise Philippines Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Technology & CRM Administrator to own and optimize our sales technology ecosystem across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT to ensure the stack supports end‑to‑end sales processes. The ideal candidate combines CRM administration with workflow automation, data governance, reporting, and system integration to boost seller productivity and

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in CRM Administration, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Technology, or Business Systems.
Strong hands‑on administration experience with Salesforce.
Experience administering or configuring HubSpot.
Experience working with sales intelligence/prospecting platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle, including Lead → MQL/SQL → Opportunity → Pipeline → Closed Won/Lost.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Design and optimize lead routing, assignment rules, qualification workflows, lifecycle stages, and opportunity processes.
Develop automation to reduce manual activities performed by sales teams.
Create executive and operational dashboards to monitor pipeline, forecast, and KPIs.
Administer and optimize ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and ABM activities.
Maintain data quality, governance standards, and integrate CRM with other systems.
Partner with IT/vendors for advanced integrations and ensure smooth data flow.
