Job summary

TDCX is seeking a BPO Team Leader – Retention and Collections to drive daily operations and ensure KPI achievement. The role involves coaching teams, implementing procedures, and coordinating with training to enhance performance.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a readiness to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Immediate start and uncapped commission are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
• Preferable with 2 years of related experience.
• Experience leading, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the contact centre to ensure KPIs are met.
• Coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet KPIs and adhere to policies.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with training to organize sessions.
• Enhance performance via call monitors, team briefings, and monthly coaching.
