Orro Philippines is seeking a ValidPro® Sales Support Specialist in Manila to turn customer and Account Manager requests into accurate, commercially sound quotes. The role spans hardware, software, telecommunications and managed services, operating in a hybrid model with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a Managed Services or related role.
• Exposure to telecommunications, connectivity, or managed services needed.
• Familiar with vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, HPE, Juniper, Fortinet, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Experience using CRM or quoting systems and vendor portals.
• Proficient in Excel and using sales data for reporting and prioritisation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable coordinating with Australian colleagues.

• Prepare accurate quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions, maintenance, telecoms and services, validating pricing and margins.
• Quote connectivity across carriers for data, internet and WAN services, including feasibility checks and relocations.
• Prepare renewal quotes and flag renewal risks and upgrade opportunities to Account Manager.
• Collaborate with vendors and distributors on pricing, deal registration and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate quote and customer records across quoting systems and portals.
• Identify broader opportunities from simple quotes and escalate to the relevant Account Manager.

About the Team

ValidPro® sits at the heart of Orro’s customer obsession. We independently validate hardware and licensing quotes from any vendor, using real-time pricing across our vendor network, so customers get transparent pricing. We’re a close-knit team of six across Brisbane and Manila, and our Manila team has been together for more than seven years. What You’ll Be Doing

ValidPro® brings together Orro’s hardware, software, maintenance, telecommunications and managed services quoting through one consistent, commercially focused process. In this role, you’ll give Account Managers, Service Delivery Managers and Sales Leaders dependable support across the quoting and renewal lifecycle, so they can focus on customers and revenue. It’s a high volume role where accuracy matters, and you’ll manage your own workload against agreed service levels. You’ll report to the ValidPro® Team Leader, and we’ll train you fully on our quoting process and systems.

• Prepare accurate quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions, maintenance, telecommunications and managed services, validating pricing, margins and customer price books
• Quote connectivity across Telstra, Vocus, AAPT and other carriers for data, internet and wide area network services, including feasibility checks, relocations and cancellations
• Prepare maintenance, subscription, telecommunications and managed services renewal quotes, flagging renewal risks and upgrade opportunities to the Account Manager
• Work with vendors and distributors on pricing, deal registration and stock availability, and call Orro’s sales and technical teams to confirm any missing details
• Keep quote and customer records accurate across our quoting system and partner portals
• Spot when a straightforward quote could become a broader opportunity, and refer it to the right Account Manager

What You’ll Bring

The Essentials

• At least 2 years’ customer-facing experience in customer success, inside sales or sales support at a Managed Services Provider
• Exposure to telecommunications, connectivity or managed services
• Working knowledge of vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Juniper, Fortinet or Palo Alto Networks
• Experience using customer relationship management or quoting systems, and vendor or distributor portals
• Confident with Excel, and comfortable using sales data to report and prioritise
• Sharp attention to detail and numbers, with the organisation to juggle competing deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable calling Australian colleagues to confirm what a customer needs
