Job summary

Boomering Inc. in the Philippines seeks a dedicated Sales Support to manage collections, support AR activities, and coordinate with sales and accounting to resolve customer issues.

You will maintain records, generate AR aging reports, and assist with order input while working a night shift. The role requires 2-3 years of Sales Support experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years Sales Support experience required.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in admin deliverables and program reporting is preferred.
• Willing to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Initiate collections activities for overdue accounts.
• Send collection letters, call customers and escalate to collections when needed.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities in account balances.
• Generate reports on accounts receivable aging.
• Maintain and update records of all transactions, communications, and correspondence.
• Send credit applications to customers.
• Coordinate with sales and accounting to resolve AR issues.
• Input orders when needed.

Position Title: Sales Support
Work Set-up: Work On-Site
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Salary: Php 35,000.00

They also work with multiple conservative group foundations, governments, and world leaders to develop new technologies and processes that are becoming industry standards, while they continue to charge a head in new groundbreaking areas of fishery data collection, management, and conservation.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES SUPPORT
Your Responsibilities as a Sales Support would be:

• Initiate collections activities for overdue accounts.
• Sending collection letters, call customers and escalates to collections if needed.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in account balances.
• Generate reports on accounts receivable aging.
• Maintain and update records of all transactions, communications, and correspondence.
• Sends credit application to customer
• Communicate with other departments such as sales and accounting to resolve issues related to accounts receivable to address customer concerns
• Input orders when needed
  

Qualifications as a Sales Support:

• At least 2-3 years of Sales Support Experience.
• Subject Matter Experience / Trainer
• Experience in UPS/FEDEX industry is preferred.
• Exposure to admin deliverables and program reporting
• Must have a high level of initiative and drive.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Experience involving telephone sales and/or technical support.
• Computer literate and Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Someone who can work unsupervised and have the ambition to become a team leader.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
