Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati, Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Statistician to support the sales team by analyzing sales data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance.

You will collect and analyze data from multiple sources, build PivotTables and dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets, monitor KPIs, and present findings to management. The role requires 1–2 years of experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales analytics or a related role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales analytics, statistics, reporting, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly:

1. PivotTables and PivotCharts
2. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
3. SUMIF/SUMIFS and COUNTIF/COUNTIFS
4. IF and commonly used Excel formulas
5. Charts and data visualization
6. Data sorting, filtering, and cleaning

Experience handling and analyzing large sets of sales data.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and meaningful insights from data.

Knowledge and proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Forms.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication skills and ability to present data and findings clearly.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Detail-oriented, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers.

Willing to work in Makati.
