Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Sales: Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness; identify needs; promote offers and new arrivals; deliver a pleasant shopping experience.
• Cashiering Duties: Handle cash and card transactions; issue receipts; manage returns or exchanges; ensure accurate daily reports.
• Store Operations: Keep store clean and organized; monitor stock levels; support inventory checks; follow merchandising standards.
• Teamwork & Support: Coordinate with team to meet targets; assist supervisors; maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

As part of our retail team, you will play an important role in assisting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance & Sales

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products

• Help promote special offers, new arrivals, and featured items

• Deliver a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience

Cashiering Duties

• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately

• Issue receipts and manage returns or exchanges properly

• Ensure accuracy and accountability of cash sales and daily reports

Store Operations

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Monitor stock levels and replenish items as needed

• Support inventory checks and stock management activities

• Follow merchandising standards and store display guidelines

Teamwork & Support

• Coordinate with fellow team members to meet store targets

• Assist in daily operational tasks assigned by supervisors

• Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers
